Sugarsip Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Sugarsip Android application (com.redlabant.sugarsip.app) published on Google Play by redlabant.

Sugarsip is committed to providing a safe platform for adults and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children.

Any account, content, communication, or behavior violating these standards will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies or child protection authorities where required by law.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Sugarsip is a dating application designed exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older.

Users must be at least 18 years old.
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating or using a Sugarsip account.
Accounts suspected of misrepresenting age may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed.
Additional verification may be requested when necessary.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Sugarsip strictly prohibits any content, communication, or conduct involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The following are strictly prohibited:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any sexual content involving minors
Grooming or predatory behaviour involving minors
Sexual solicitation involving minors
Recruitment, trafficking, or exploitation of children
Sharing, requesting, storing, promoting, or distributing CSAM
Attempting to facilitate or encourage CSAE
Any behaviour intended to exploit, abuse, endanger, or harm children

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Sugarsip provides in-app tools that allow users to report accounts, profiles, behaviour, and content that may violate these standards.

Report abusive behaviour
Report suspected CSAE or CSAM

Reports relating to child safety receive priority review. Appropriate enforcement actions may include content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to relevant authorities.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Sugarsip uses a combination of automated systems and manual moderation to detect, review, and investigate reports involving abuse, exploitation, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or other harmful behaviour.

When violations are confirmed, Sugarsip may remove content, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, or take any additional action necessary to protect the community.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Sugarsip supports global efforts to combat child exploitation.

Where legally required, Sugarsip may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organisations, government authorities, or other competent agencies investigating Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or other serious criminal offences.

6. Compliance

Sugarsip complies with applicable child safety laws, regulations, and the Google Play Child Safety Standards.

We continually improve our moderation systems, reporting tools, platform safety features, and internal review processes to maintain a safe environment for our community.
